IT Systems Engineer L2 - Customer-Focused Support
Link-Worldwide
Link-Worldwide is seeking a SYSTEM ENGINEER L2 based in Mexico City. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues for our customers, including Windows and VPN support.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of technical support experience and a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities include managing customer complaints and documenting interactions for quality assurance.
