What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and coordinating tailored commercial strategies for the travel segment, ensuring business growth and profitability.
• Analyzing market trends and generating reports to support strategic decisions and identify new opportunities in travel insurance.
• Developing strategic alliances with key partners and clients, driving cross-selling opportunities and market expansion.
• Overseeing promotional campaigns and advertising efforts to strengthen brand presence in the travel segment.
• Creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers in the travel insurance sector.
• Managing and coordinating the sales force to ensure targets are met and business growth is achieved.
• Administering budgets and resources, evaluating risks, and prioritizing initiatives to maximize results.
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, security policies, and current regulations across all operations.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in business development, key account management, or sales in related segments.
• Knowledge of travel insurance and experience in insurance industries will be valued.
• Negotiation, leadership, and effective communication skills.
• Analytical skills and strategic vision to identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in dynamic, multicultural environments.
