Location: Remote – Mexico

Please note: This position follows a Thursday–Monday schedule and requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday). Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule on an ongoing basis.

Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday–Monday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Litigation Support Associate to support active litigation and eDiscovery matters while serving as a key point of coordination between clients, project teams, and technical resources.

This role combines client communication, matter management, project coordination, and operational support to ensure successful execution across multiple litigation and eDiscovery engagements.

What You'll Do

⚖️ Litigation & eDiscovery Operations

• Manage 5–10 active litigation and eDiscovery matters simultaneously.
• Coordinate project activities from handoff through completion.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Support document review, productions, and matter-related workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, communications, and matter records.

Client Relationship & Matter Support

• Serve as a primary client-facing contact for assigned matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Manage client expectations and provide timely project updates.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful matter execution.

Operational Excellence

• Support multiple project teams and workflows as needed.
• Facilitate smooth project transitions through structured handoffs.
• Escalate issues appropriately and assist with resolution efforts.
• Maintain operational accuracy and consistency across all assigned matters.
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in Litigation Support, eDiscovery, Legal Operations, Legal Technology, or a related field.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Professional-level English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Relativity.
• Experience with Everlaw, Reveal, DISCO, Nuix, or iConnect.
• Understanding of litigation support and eDiscovery workflows.
• Experience supporting law firms, legal service providers, or corporate legal departments.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer flexibility based on your preferred engagement model:

• Payroll: MXN $37,000 – $41,000 per month
• Direct Contractor: MXN $46,000 – $50,000 per month
