QA/Test Engineer

Location

Hybrid in Mexico City or Sao Paulo, Brazil

Start Date

As soon as possible; Duration: 6+ months with possible extensions.

Responsibilities

• Support a Salesforce and SAP implementation as a detail‑oriented QA/Test Engineer.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of integrated business systems by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across both platforms.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows) and SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO or relevant functional areas).
• Perform end‑to‑end, system integration (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Validate data flows and integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis and support defect triage meetings.
• Validate middleware/integration layers (e.g., Middleware, CPI, APIs, ETL processes) and ensure consistency and accuracy of data synchronization, error handling, data transformations, and interface reliability.

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in QA testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce workflows and Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience testing SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes and data validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• SQL knowledge for backend data execution.
