Senior Sales Operations Analyst - CRM & Forecasting

Link-Worldwide is seeking a skilled candidate for a customer support role in Mexico, Jalisco. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to support clients' needs.
The successful applicant will have at least 5 years of inside sales experience, a relevant degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. A strong organizational skill set and effective communication will be essential for this role.
