Change Management Specialist (Temporary)

Purpose

The Organizational Development & Change Management Lead will play a key role in designing and executing strategies that enhance organizational performance, support business transformation, and ensure successful adoption of change initiatives. This position will partner closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities and drive a people-centered approach to change.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support key transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and identify capability gaps.
• Facilitate culture transformation initiatives and promote employee engagement.
• Design and deliver frameworks, tools, and training related to change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization.

Experience and knowledge required

• Proven experience in Organizational Development and Change Management , ideally within the mining industry .
• Strong understanding of transformation methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and change frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizational projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (required for a global environment).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
