Our team comprises multidisciplinary B2B marketing experts, known in their respective fields for elite expertise and mastery of sophisticated GTM models across channels. To join this elite team, we now seek a Motion Designer – a specialist who will bring our clients’ GTM programs to life through motion, video, and animation.

The Role

This is a hands-on graphic design role, dedicated almost exclusively (approximately 99% of your time) to a single, high-volume B2B SaaS client account. Rather than splitting your time across multiple brands, you'll become the embedded design resource for one account, producing the majority of its static and video asset output — campaign visual identities, paid social programmes, long-form content systems (whitepapers, guides, eBooks), landing pages, sales and pitch assets, website visuals, and brand-led creative concepts. You'll work with scalable template systems and established Figma workflows to deliver consistent, high-quality creative for that account.

Working closely with senior designers, content leads, and strategists, you'll help translate ideas, messaging, and positioning into clear, engaging visual design for the account, giving you deep exposure to how design operates across different channels and stages of growth for one brand.

This role focuses on high-quality execution and the consistent, confident application of brand systems. You'll apply a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to deliver polished work, while continuing to refine your designs through feedback and collaboration. You'll work comfortably in Figma, contribute to established creative workflows, and play an active role in producing and refining design within a fast-paced agency environment.

In many cases, you will be establishing brands from first principles – working with early-stage SaaS companies executing their first GTM motion. In others, you will be responsible for elevating and re-articulating existing brand systems to meet new commercial ambition. You will be expected to push creative boundaries when the brief calls for it.

This role is well suited to a designer who is curious, organised, and motivated by improving their craft – someone who enjoys working at high volume on a single account, collaborating with others, and producing thoughtful, well-crafted design work that solves real business problems.

Location and Working Pattern

• Fully remote role, you'll be working from home - must be based in Mexico City
• You're typical working day will be 9am - 5:30pm (CST) this works in line with our US client's time zones
• You'll also collaborate regularly with Bordeaux & Burgundy colleagues working Eastern Time (ET) and UK time (BST/GMT), so some flexibility across your working day should be expected
• Core overlap hours will be confirmed at offer stage

What You'll Do

• Act as the dedicated design resource for one high-volume B2B SaaS client account, with support from senior designers
• Apply and help maintain the account's existing visual systems in line with its brand guidelines
• Create high-quality assets across formats, including: paid ads, landing pages, long-form content (whitepapers, guides, eBooks), sales and pitch materials, and social content and campaign visuals
• Collaborate with content leads, strategists, and other designers during campaign development
• Translate complex ideas and messaging into clear, well-structured visual designs
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all visual outputs for the account
• Make updates and refinements based on internal and client feedback
• Support campaign rollouts and major content launches with design execution
• Assist with creative input for new business pitches when needed
• Work with client managers and the wider team to meet deadlines and delivery timelines
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance creative workflows, generate ideas, or streamline production while maintaining design quality and originality
• Design with client goals and business outcomes in mind, ensuring visuals not only look great but also effectively support campaign objectives

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years experience in a graphic design role (agency, studio, or in-house)
• Experience designing across a range of business-focused formats, particularly content, ads, and campaign materials, demonstrating strong visual design
• Confidence designing for digital formats such as social, web, and content
• Strong knowledge of Figma
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve your craft
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Comfort working as an embedded, dedicated resource on a single high-volume account
• Interest in marketing, branding, or SaaS/technology environments
• Strong written and spoken English (minimum CEFR B2 "upper intermediate"; C1 preferred) — you'll be collaborating daily with UK/US colleagues and may join client calls. A certificate isn't mandatory, but if you hold one (e.g. EF SET, Cambridge English B2 First/C1 Advanced, IELTS, TOEFL), please include it — proficiency will also be assessed on the screening call
• SaaS experience is beneficial; FinTech, AI or Cybersecurity exposure advantageous
