UX Designer - Product Designer
Experiencia:
- +4 años de experiencia en proyectos de diseño
- Enfoque estratégico y metodológico
- Experiencia en end to end de servicios y/o productos
- Diseño estratégico (alineamiento de necesidades de negocio con usuario)
- Diseño de servicio (herramientas, metodología)
- Fuerte conocimiento y experiencia en UX y UI
- Manejo de la metodología Design thinking, se debe reflejar la experiencia en el book, donde venga explicado paso a paso todo el proceso de diseño con esta metodología.
- Experiencia en investigación 360 de los productos y servicios (online y offline)
- Generar lineamientos y guías para cada punto de contacto
- Dominio de herramientas como: Blueprint, customer journey, prototipo de experiencia, storyboards, etc
- Análisis de información y capaz de profundizar las necesidades del cliente.
