Payroll Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Mexico Payroll Specialist (60% Payroll / 40% HR Support)

We are looking for a highly skilled Mexico Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on payroll operations, with additional exposure to HR support functions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing payroll in Mexico, with deep knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and statutory compliance, and is comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

What You’ll Do

Payroll

• Execute semi-monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time
• Manage gross-to-net calculations, including salary, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR/AFORE, and SAT (CFDI payroll)
• Process payroll adjustments, terminations, and statutory contributions
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and support internal and external audits

HR Support

• Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and HR-related inquiries
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle updates, and benefits administration
• Assist with terminations and statutory severance calculations
• Ensure compliance with the Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of experience processing payroll in Mexico
• Strong knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SAT CFDI, and statutory benefits
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel
• Bilingual Spanish and English

Preferred

• Experience in multi-entity or managed services environments
• Exposure to payroll audits
• HR generalist experience
