Overview

This position exists to handle all commercial aspects with LEGO suppliers and ensure the supply platform of materials is delivered on time and meets quality standards in alignment with LEGO requirements to support brand positioning.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier development and performance in terms of On‑Time and In‑Full deliveries, together with lead times.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for delivery and quality issues, working proactively with suppliers and internal LEGO personnel.
• Work with suppliers to review production plans and capacity to align with our supply chain requirements.
• Guarantee production capacity with strategic suppliers.
• Manage and analyze supplier inventory to ensure supply while avoiding excess obsolescence.
• Stop deliveries following incidents related to FSC, quality or confidentiality, after alignment with leadership.
• Maintain effective communication between LEGO collaborators and suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers comply with LEGO requirements such as FSC, Code of Conduct, Product Safety, Quality, and Delivery Flexibility, and pursue cost‑saving and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing within a manufacturing company; general experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, commerce, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP experience.
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills, customer‑service orientation and quality focus.
• Strong risk‑assessment and problem‑solving ability with a strategic mindset.
• Proactive, innovative, partnership‑oriented, and leadership capability.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Fluent in English.
