Senior DDR Validation Engineer - LPDDR5X/6 Bring-Up

Qualcomm Semiconductores y Sistemas Avanzados de Baja California seeks an experienced DDR Validation Engineer to drive end-to-end validation of LPDDR5X/LPDDR6 memory subsystems on AI Accelerator and flagship mobile platforms. You will lead memory bring-up, performance validation, system stress tests, and production readiness from pre-silicon through post-silicon phases.

This role requires strong C/C++ skills and a solid track record in post-silicon debugging, with 5+ years in DDR/memory
