We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support purchasing processes, analyze spending trends, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and reliable procurement operations.

About the Role

The role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, evaluating suppliers and technologies, leading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the adoption of best practices across the organization. Additionally, it contributes to the harmonization and standardization of processes at the regional level, strengthening the Procurement function's ability to generate sustainable value, improve operational performance, and accelerate the transition toward more agile and digital ways of working.

What You Will Do

Analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end procurement processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational complexity.

Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives through the implementation of RPA, artificial intelligence, and other technology-driven solutions.

Evaluate suppliers, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities and create competitive advantages.

Establish standards and best practices to drive process harmonization across countries and regions.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on data analysis, performance metrics, and structured optimization methodologies.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and technologies.

Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SAP.

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience using Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.

Financial acumen is considered a plus.
