Data Engineer Sr.

Conocimientos necesarios:
- 5 AÑOS Ingeniería de datos (ETL/ELT, pipelines, integración de datos)
- 3 AÑOS Integración de datos en sistemas financieros (EPM/ERP)
- 3 AÑOS Diseño y construcción de pipelines (Azure, Fabric, Data Factory, Data Sphere o similar)
- 3 AÑOS Implementación de cargas de datos y validaciones
- 2 AÑOS Migración de datos históricos en proyectos de transformación
- Desarrollo de pipelines de datos: ETL / ELT, Orquestación de cargas
- Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Stack: Data Factory, Lakehouse (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
- SQL avanzado
- Modelado de datos: Star schema, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
- Manejo de formatos: Parquet / Delta
- Integración con sistemas fuente: SAP, Workday, Coupa o similares
- Estrategias de carga: incrementales, historización
- Validación técnica de datos (completitud, consistencia)
- DataOps / DevOps CI-CD
- SAP S4Hana, Datasphere, CDS Views
Funciones:
- Diseñar y construir pipelines de integración hacia la solución EPM/CPM
- Orquestar la ingesta de datos desde sistemas fuente: SAP, Workday, otros sistemas
- Implementar arquitectura de datos en Fabric: Lakehouse, capas de datos
- Configurar cargas de datos hacia OneStream (desde el lado de datos)
- Implementar transformaciones técnicas requeridas para integración
- Ejecutar cargas históricas y procesos de migración de datos
- Validar calidad técnica de datos: completitud, consistencia
- Soportar procesos de reconciliación junto con el Líder Técnico
- Optimizar performance de pipelines y cargas
- Documentar procesos de integración y flujos de datos
Observaciones:
- Proyecto por 12 meses con opción a extenderse
