We’re partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing an exciting phase of digital transformation across its HR systems and processes. With a strong investment in their Workday environment, they are looking to bring in a talented Workday Business Analyst to support ongoing optimisation and enhancement initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment , supporting large-scale operations across Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Workday consulting and functional support across key modules
• Configure and optimise Workday to meet evolving business needs
• Support end users , troubleshooting issues and improving system adoption
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders at all levels
• Manage and prioritise requests via ticketing systems
• Contribute to Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as a Workday Consultant / Business Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration
• Experience working with ticketing/support tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Workday certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, etc.)
• Experience supporting LATAM operations
• Spanish & English language skills
• Exposure to SOX / compliance environments
