• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance

• Occasionally leads the work of small project teams; provides informal guidance to junior staff

Qualifications

• Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures typically acquired through a college or university degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent English skills required
• Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts
