Job requirements

• Experience Range: With at least 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development, including substantial hands‑on expertise in Java and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, microservices, and APIs using Java and Spring Boot 2. Architect and implement distributed systems capable of handling high transaction volumes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance 3. Build and optimize service‑to‑service communication frameworks, including REST, Kafka, and gRPC‑based messaging 4. Design and optimize database architectures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning 5. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for backend applications 6. Implement containerization solutions using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes for cloud‑native scalability 7. Drive system design discussions and technical decision‑making across engineering teams 8. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and sharing best practices in backend engineering 9. Troubleshoot production issues and lead performance tuning initiatives across services and databases
• Required Skills: 1. Strong proficiency in Java, including object‑oriented design, concurrency, and multithreading 2. Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks 3. Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and gRPC communication 4. Experience with Hibernate for ORM and database interaction 5. Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines 6. Working knowledge of Docker for containerization 7. Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment 8. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and domain‑driven design 9. Advanced skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch database management and optimization 10. Experience with Java REST Web API development
