Invoice to Cash Manager – Mars Global Services – Querétaro, México
En esta posición, formarás parte del equipo de Mars Global Services brindando soporte integral al segmento de Petcare, con el papel fundamental de liderar y supervisar las operaciones de cuentas por cobrar ejecutadas a través de un socio estratégico externo (empresa tercera), asegurando una facturación precisa, cobranza oportuna y la optimización continua del flujo de caja. Actuarás en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico, cultivando relaciones directas y sólidas con clientes clave y equipos multifuncionales, garantizando el cumplimiento de nuestras políticas financieras e impulsando la salud del negocio que hace posible nuestro propósito de crear un mundo mejor para las mascotas.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Requisitos Esenciales:
- Licenciatura concluida en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.
- Experiencia sólida de al menos 5 años en gestión de operaciones de cuentas por cobrar, análisis financiero, cobranza y control interno.
- Habilidad demostrada para liderar a través de socios estratégicos, gestionar entregables y/o coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios para la optimización de procesos.
- Excelentes competencias de comunicación, negociación e influencia con clientes directos e interlocutores en diversos niveles de la organización.
- Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés para interactuar de forma fluida con equipos y clientes internacionales.
Requisitos Deseables:
- Experiencia previa en optimización de flujo de caja (cash flow) y reporte de indicadores en entornos de servicios compartidos o BPO.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?
- Liderar las operaciones integrales de cuentas por cobrar operadas por el socio estratégico externo, garantizando la exactitud en la facturación y la cobranza efectiva en tiempo y forma.
- Supervisar las cuentas de clientes para detectar oportunamente discrepancias e implementar acciones de seguimiento que resuelvan incidencias de raíz.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para optimizar el flujo de caja, aportando análisis y visibilidad estratégica sobre el rendimiento del área.
- Fortalecer y mantener relaciones de colaboración directa y de largo plazo con clientes, asegurando el apego a las políticas y lineamientos financieros.
- Guiar al socio estratégico en el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio y actuar como punto de escalamiento para desafíos operativos complejos.
