CRM & Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for an CRM & Marketing Intern to join our Dolce&Gabbana team based in Mexico City.

The ideal candidate will support our CRM & Marketing department in ensuring smooth and efficient CRM & Marketing processes. You will play a key role in assisting with Customer relationship management activities and administrative tasks, contributing to the success of our team within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customer analytics reports using BO/BI and Salesforce data, including purchase frequency, recency, spending patterns, product preferences, participation in Fashion Shows, and other client behavior indicators.
• Analyze the performance of CRM activations, events, and client engagement initiatives, including ROI measurement and post-event reporting.
• Prepare client-related reports and insights for cross-functional teams, including Retail, Merchandising, MTM, J&W, HR, and HQ.
• Coordinate and follow up on gifting and client delight initiatives with boutiques.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of vendor agreements and contracts.
• Upload supplier invoices into SAP and monitor the payment process.
• Review and translate client-facing communications, including e-vites.

Key Requirements:

• Active student (from 5th semester onwards) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Intermediate to advanced English level (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, database management, formulas, and data analysis);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage information effectively and follow up on multiple priorities.;
• Interest in luxury, fashion, and client experience.
