What You'll Do
Da soporte en la creación y actualización de documentos de manufactura, así como soporte en validaciones e introducción de equipos. Aplica sus conocimientos en ingeniería para el desarrollo de procesos de manufactura nuevos y mejora de los actuales. Soporte en introducción de nuevos productos, así como en proyectos de transferencia.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS
- Crear y actualizar documentos de manufactura como instrucciones de trabajo y ayudas visuales.
- Dar soporte en toma de tiempos y balanceos de línea en los procesos de manufactura.
- Soporte en la recopilación de documentación de manufactura para proyectos de transferencia.
- Introducción y validación de nuevos equipos.
- Soporte en proceso de validación de nuevos procesos o mejora en los procesos actuales (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Desarrollo de estaciones de trabajo ergonomías y eficientes para los diferentes procesos de manufactura.
- Se adhiere al plan de actividades semanales de los proyectos.
Habilidades Generales / Competencias / Conocimientos Especializados
- Estudiante de Carrera professional de ingenieria indústria, biomédica, mecânica o a fin.
- Ingles intermedio (lectura y conversacional).
- Conocimiento básico de lean manufacturing, balanceos de línea y estadística.
- Conocimiento básico en AutoCAD Paqueteria Office (Word, PP, Excel).
- Conocimiento básico en SolidWorks (deseable).
- Conocimiento básico en minitab.
- Organizado, proactivo, sentido de urgência, resulucion de problemas.
- Soporte en la ejecucion de validaciones.
- Soporte en la mejora de procesos y optimización de recursos.
- Soporte en proyectos de NPI y transferencia.
