Global AI/LLM Talent Growth Lead

Innodata Inc. seeks a Talent Growth Lead – AI/LLM Workforce to lead a global, on-demand talent ecosystem for fast-moving AI/LLM and data projects.
You will build a scalable gig pipeline across AI, data, language, coding and domain expertise, and own end-to-end talent journeys from sourcing to activation. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in talent acquisition, with strong capability to scale communities, manage stakeholders, and operate data-driven in a rapidly changing environment.
