En Minth México buscamos un(a) Ingeniero de Calidad apasionado(a) por la calidad, la mejora continua y la satisfacción del cliente dentro de la industria automotriz.
¿Qué harás?
✅ Analizar y resolver problemas de calidad mediante metodologías de causa raíz y acciones correctivas.
✅ Gestionar la contención y seguimiento de incidencias de calidad con clientes.
✅ Desarrollar y actualizar documentación clave de calidad (Control Plan, Inspection Reports, entre otros).
✅ Monitorear y controlar costos de calidad internos y externos.
✅ Liderar actividades de calidad, auditorías de producto y capacitaciones.
✅ Coordinar actividades con Producción, Ingeniería, Materiales y Clientes.
Lo que buscamos
✔️ Ingeniería concluida.
✔️ Experiencia en la industria automotriz.
✔️ Conocimiento en IATF 16949 y Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, Control Plan).
✔️ Experiencia en metodologías 8D y auditorías VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5.
✔️ Nivel de inglés conversacional.
