Cost Engineer

Key Requirements: ✔ Experience as Cost Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
✔ Experience with assembly operations and manufacturing cost structures
✔ SAP proficiency (costing, BOMs, routings, etc.)
✔ Ability to analyze product and process costs, identify savings opportunities, and support quoting activities
✔ Experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment preferred
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
What you'll do: • Develop and validate product cost estimates
• Analyze material, labor, tooling, and manufacturing costs
• Support quotations for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance teams
• Drive cost optimization initiatives
