Role Summary
Translate Trade Finance and HTS business needs into clear, testable requirements to support controlled change delivery and smoother production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document user stories, use cases, and business requirements.
- Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
- Support functional validation and alignment between business and technology teams.
- Reduce rework through clear requirement definition and traceability.
