Layout Engineer

In your day‑to‑day activities, you’ll work with multiple customers, as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwood’s areas of expertise of Injury Prevention, Systems Engineering & Systems Integration. You’ll help customers innovate, solve their current struggles and guide them with the power of Sandalwood’s deeply ingrained subject‑matter expertise.

We’re currently looking for a Layout Engineer to join our growing team of engineering and ergonomics professionals. Details about the role are as follows.

Professional Experience / required knowledge

• Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial projects, machinery installation, and facility setup.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Time management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and/or weekends.
