- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín.
Experiencia
- Experiencia en Contabilidad, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas.
- Deseable experiencia en empresas de manufactura o en posiciones con responsabilidades financieras similares.
Idiomas
- Inglés 100% hablado y escrito

Conocimientos Técnicos
- Contabilidad financiera y contabilidad de costos.
- Procesos de cierre financiero y elaboración de estados financieros.
- Controles internos y cumplimiento.
- Presupuestos, pronósticos financieros y análisis de variaciones.
- Indicadores financieros (KPIs) y administración del capital de trabajo.
- Manejo de SAP y otras herramientas financieras.
- Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura, ventas y distribución.
- Herramientas de análisis financiero y mejora continua.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de resolución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz.
