Plant Ops Leader — Lean Manufacturing & Fulfillment

Sola Wood Flowers

Sola Wood Flowers is seeking an Operations Leader to run both manufacturing and eCommerce fulfillment from Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will lead roughly 100 on-site staff, drive lean initiatives, and manage production, quality, and delivery against fixed wedding deadlines.

You will own the ERP/WMS-driven planning, coach frontline supervisors, and scale the operation as the company grows. Fluency in English and a hands-on, data-driven approach are essential.
