Tax Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee all tax-related decisions and activities within the organization, ensuring full compliance with applicable tax regulations and keeping the company informed of changes in tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax research and assess the impact of new tax regulations.
• Prepare and review tax returns.
• Identify opportunities to minimize the company’s effective tax rate.
• Oversee compliance with non-income tax obligations.
• Prepare for and lead tax audits.
• Provide tax guidance and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
