El Líder de Grupo Técnico (LGT) de Mantenimiento en el Taller de Carrocerías

El Líder de Grupo Técnico (LGT) de Mantenimiento en el Taller de Carrocerías coordina y supervisa las actividades del equipo de mantenimiento, asegurando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos mediante mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo; da seguimiento a fallas, alarmas, órdenes de trabajo en Maximo y prioridades de producción, asigna tareas, verifica su cumplimiento y promueve el trabajo seguro conforme a los procedimientos de GM, impulsando la solución de problemas y la mejora continua para cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo.

Perfil requerido

• Formación académica: Ingeniería mecatrónica, mecánica o mecánico‑eléctrica o a fín.
• Experiencia: Mínimo tres años en mantenimiento industrial o en una función similar.
• Idioma: Inglés intermedio.
• Disponibilidad para rolar turnos en esquema 4x3.

Competencias técnicas

• Automatización y control industrial mediante PLC Allen‑Bradley y RSLogix.
• Comunicación industrial y redes DeviceNet‑RS Networks.
• Programación y diagnóstico de robots FANUC.
• Sistemas de visión y cámaras Matrox.
• Transportadores y elevadores mecánicos.
• Diagnóstico de fallas en sistemas robóticos y equipos de proceso de carrocería.
