Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support and maintain business-critical cloud platforms and trading applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on Azure operations, platform reliability, incident management, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, identity, access management, and observability tools.

You ll work closely with global technology and business teams to ensure platform stability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Azure VMs, networking, storage, identity, and access management.
• Experience with Active Directory, VDI environments, and enterprise support operations.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to support US business hours and participate in occasional on-call rotations.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Understanding of Azure security, governance, and cloud best practices.
• Experience supporting energy trading or other business-critical enterprise platforms.
