On-Site Customer Quality Lead
Autoliv Mexico
Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Customer Quality Manager to act as the main liaison for customer quality topics on site in Tijuana. You will monitor voice of the customer, drive improvements in the customer scorecard, and lead meetings, audits, and program reviews to address escalation concerns.
You will understand CSR requirements, ensure internal alignment, and support APQP/PPAP activities to deliver on time and right the first time.
