Billing Specialist

We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a Billing Specialist in an onsite position. Compensation

• Gross monthly salary: $18,500 MXN

• Handle high-volume, performance-based invoicing for large customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.
• Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.
• Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges.
• Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Business-level English.

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Prior collections experience (calls and/or letters).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and clerical reporting procedures.
