What You'll Do

• Analyze and maintain product data and attributes within ERP systems , ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Review and correct product attributes used to segment, classify, and identify products for sale .

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Pricing, and Master Data Management teams to provide accurate product data that supports sales, purchasing, and digital growth initiatives.

• Manage and monitor processes to ensure product information is synchronized with supplier and manufacturer data .

• Analyze and maintain internal and external product classifications , ensuring reliable and accurate information is available to key stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and training to Product File Specialists on product data maintenance, ERP systems, and data synchronization best practices.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in wholesale electrical or industrial distribution, supply chain, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering , or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience working with ERP systems and/or Product Information Management (PIM) systems .

• Experience with B2B/B2C e-commerce environments is highly valued.

• General understanding of electrical products, including form, fit, and function .

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills , with exceptional attention to data accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work with limited direct supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite .
