YOUR TASKS

We areseeking a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our ProductDevelopment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading andcoordinating product design activities throughout the development lifecycle andrunning programs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, technicalspecifications, quality expectations, project timelines, and cost targets.

Thisrole requires strong technical expertise in mechanical/product design, CADdevelopment, tolerance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliverinnovative and manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify and define customerdesign requirements from customer project specifications and developrobust and reliable product design. Ensuring product design complywith customer and legal requirements.
  
• Evaluate and select materials,standards, and manufacturing solutions.
• Review and validate engineeringdrawings and technical documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and overseedesign activities throughout the product development process.
• Define geometric tolerances andperform tolerance analysis (GD&T).
• Coordinate design reviews withProcess Planning, Quality Planning, Laboratory, Manufacturing, and otherstakeholders.
• Support quotation, concept anddetailed design, support cost estimation and operation DFM.
  
• Participate from Suplliersourcing, APQP, Technical reviews, PPAP approval and follow up to be readyfor PV
  
• Active collaboration withQuality, Operations/Manufacturing, PjMs, Test Validation Teams, Systemsfor new development and current serial production products.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanicalengineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Product Design Engineering,Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  
• +8 years of experience in productdevelopment and device design within an automotive, lighting, electronics,or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD design tools(CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Knowledge of GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Experience with tolerancestack-up analysis and engineering simulations (FEA).
• Understanding of Design FMEAand product development processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturingprocesses such as injection molding, stamping, die casting, and assemblyoperations.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively inmultidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong communication skills inEnglish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotivelighting or electronic device development.
• Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, andquality planning methodologies.
• Familiarity with gear traindesign and mechanical transmission.
• Knowledge and understanding ofelectrical DC / BLDC motor design, construction and validation.
• Experience coordinatingsuppliers and external engineering service providers.
