PC&L Production Control & Logistics Manager

Your Role

As the PC&L Manager you will optimize raw material procurement and production scheduling in SAP.

• Efficiently schedule production using appropriate SAP transactions and manage delivery routes according to schedules.
• Control inventory to meet goals by analyzing customer requirements, using SAP, and providing timely signals to suppliers.
• Manage and train staff to meet established objectives.
• Maintain safety objectives by applying accident prevention techniques.
• Achieve budget objectives through effective resource management.
• Implement improvement and cost‑reduction projects through CIIM (Inventory Management) and related initiatives.
• Perform other duties related to the position as required.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in PC&L.
• Experience in the automotive industry (required).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong personal management skills.
• APICS certification (preferred).
• Proficient with MS Office.
