Production Planning Engineer (Salinas Victoria)

Position: Production Planning Engineer

Location: Manufacturing Company

Salary : 25,000 - 35,000 MXN (based on experience)

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Age range: 25-45 years.
• 5+ years of experience in the same or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• English as a working language.
• Strong knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in SAP and standard office software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans.
• Prepare and monitor weekly production schedules, ensuring on-time finished goods delivery.
• Create seasonal production balance plans to optimize monthly capacity.
• Control and resolve planning system deviations, including order changes and cancellations.
