Acerca del Puesto
Buscamos un Ingeniero de Seguridad Industrial responsable de liderar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, así como de las políticas y procedimientos internos de la organización. Será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias, programas y procesos que fortalezcan la cultura de seguridad, mitiguen riesgos y aseguren un ambiente de trabajo seguro para todos los colaboradores.
Responsabilidades
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a programas de Seguridad Industrial, Higiene y Prevención de Riesgos.
- Coordinar investigaciones de incidentes, análisis de causa raíz y planes de acción preventivos y correctivos.
- Liderar la identificación de peligros y la evaluación de riesgos en los procesos productivos.
- Supervisar trabajos de alto riesgo y verificar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad.
- Diseñar e impartir capacitación en temas de seguridad para fortalecer la cultura preventiva dentro de la organización.
- Dar seguimiento al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional bajo la norma ISO 45001.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOM) emitidas por la STPS, así como de los requerimientos de la SSA y SEMARNAT.
- Brindar soporte técnico en temas de seguridad relacionados con baterías de litio y vehículos eléctricos.
Requisitos
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Seguridad Industrial dentro de empresas del sector manufacturero.
- Experiencia en la implementación y administración del Sistema de Autogestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (STPS).
- Conocimiento y aplicación de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOM-STPS), así como de la normativa de la SSA y SEMARNAT.
- Experiencia en Sistemas de Gestión ISO 45001.
- Manejo y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo.
- Investigación de incidentes y análisis de causa raíz.
- Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos (nivel avanzado).
- Conocimiento en trabajos de alto riesgo.
- Conocimientos básicos de ergonomía.
- Conocimiento técnico en medidas de seguridad para baterías de litio y vehículos eléctricos.
