Senior Quality Engineer
Corza Medical
Asegurar que los productos, procesos y sistemas de la organización cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos, los requisitos del cliente y las regulaciones aplicables, mediante la implementación de herramientas de calidad, análisis de datos y actividades de mejora continua.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de calidad.
- Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de calidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Investigar y resolver problemas de calidad relacionados con productos, procesos y proveedores.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz utilizando metodologías como 8D, 5 Why's, Ishikawa y FMEA.
- Coordinar acciones correctivas y preventivas para eliminar no conformidades.
- Participar en auditorías internas, externas y de clientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y estándares aplicables (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, entre otras).
- Elaborar y actualizar procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y documentación de calidad.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para la validación y mejora de procesos.
- Gestionar quejas de clientes y dar seguimiento a planes de acción.
- Analizar tendencias de defectos, rechazos y devoluciones para impulsar proyectos de mejora continua.
- Capacitar al personal en temas relacionados con calidad y control de procesos.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Mecánica, Electrónica o carrera afín.
Experiencia
- Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de calidad y resolución de problemas.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Herramientas de calidad: SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.
- Análisis estadístico y manejo de indicadores.
- Auditorías internas y sistemas de calidad.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office y software de análisis de datos.
- Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Conocimiento de metodologías Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.
