Data Operations Associate

Job Summary

The Data Operations Associate is responsible for reviewing, validating, and manually entering customer orders into internal systems with a high level of accuracy. This role ensures that all order information is complete, accurate, and compliant with company requirements before processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify product information, quantities, pricing, customer details, and shipping requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors before order entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams or customers to resolve order-related issues.
• Accurately enter customer orders into ERP, OMS, or other business systems.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and updates as required.
• Perform quality checks on entered orders and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor order queues and meet defined SLAs.
• Escalate system issues or process bottlenecks when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in Data Operations, Order Management, Data Entry, or Customer Operations. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/OMS systems preferred. Must be able to communicate in English.
