What you’ll do

You’ll provide technical expertise to project teams developing and implementing Information Services solutions. This includes contributing to proposals and supplier evaluations, ensuring solutions align with AstraZeneca standards and regulatory requirements, and reporting risks to management. Working with Business Analysts, you’ll validate requirements and assist Senior IT Infrastructure Engineers in defining solutions that align with our strategies and security policies.

Your role involves researching new technologies for specialized needs, developing solutions from concept to stabilization, conducting performance analysis, and implementing comprehensive test plans. You’ll analyze system environments, perform complex customizations, and develop procedures for successful installations. Through innovative infrastructure solutions and process improvements, you’ll drive enhanced service levels and customer experience.

What we’re looking for

Experience: Information Services/IT background with strong analytical skills, proven third‑party supplier relationship management, quality and compliance environment experience, and evidence of designing innovative infrastructure solutions.

Technical expertise: Enterprise Management and Monitoring Tooling knowledge, strong track record in enterprise management solutions, and ability to lead technology roadmaps with external partners.

Interpersonal skills: Strong collaboration abilities with distributed teams and talent for translating technical concepts into accessible language.
