Customer Service Representative - Office-Based | Ensenada, B.C.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent English skills to join our growing team in Ensenada, Baja California. If you have a passion for helping people, strong attention to detail, and are comfortable with soft sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and follow up on shipping statuses
• Provide product support and assistance
• Engage in commissionable soft sales (no cold calling)
• Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications

• Fluent English – verbal and written
• Previous experience in customer service (required)
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Office-based position (required)
