Operations Manager

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and support the continued growth of our Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) business .

As demand for advanced thermal management solutions continues to grow, our CDU technology plays an important role in enabling the next generation of high-performance data centers, AI infrastructure, and advanced computing applications .

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants to make an impact at the intersection of people, manufacturing, and cutting-edge thermal technology.

YOUR IMPACT

As Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting CDU and thermal management products .
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity .
• Lead and develop high-performing production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity optimization, and operational excellence .
• Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR to support business growth.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Support production ramp-ups, process improvements, and manufacturing scalability as the CDU business continues to expand .
• Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus .

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience .
• Proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies .
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
