Financial Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support deal execution, market research, and client relationship management efforts. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in the M&A industry and contribute to Bizbe's mission to empower small business ownership. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational data related to M&A transactions.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition or sale opportunities.
• Support deal execution processes including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate records and manage data within internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction flow and client satisfaction.
• Participate in client meetings and support relationship management efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Prior experience or internship in M&A, investment banking, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
