We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Kaz .

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable Kafka-based solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Kafka Schema Registry and Kafka Connect to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide expertise in ANSI SQL to optimize database queries and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions on Azure that align with company goals.
• Administer and manage Kafka environments ensuring high availability and security.
• Utilize Confluent Kafka to enhance data streaming capabilities and improve system efficiency.
• Implement AMS for Apache Kafka to monitor and maintain system health.
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Kafka Schema Registry, Kafka Connect and Kafka Admin.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ANSI SQL and Azure for effective solution design.
• Experience with Confluent Kafka and AMS for Apache Kafka is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
