SPECIALIST CUSTOMER SERVICE
REQUISITOS:
Experiencia: 3 a 5 años como Customer Service en industria automotriz, manejo de portales de clientes.
Idioma: Inglés Avanzado/ Fluido (sin excepción).
CONOCIMIENTOS:
SAP Avanzado
ACTIVIDADES:
Recibir y analizar las demandas de los clientes.
Disputar con cliente incrementos o decrementos fuera del periodo estipulado.
Analizar inventario PT, materiales y recursos para dar respuesta al Cliente.
Verificar que los requerimientos de clientes estén actualizados para su programación y producción (Integración de la demanda).
Gestionar con Container Management en caso de ser necesario una disputa, solicitud de aprobación alterna.
Seguimiento del plan de producción de los clientes, a fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de este.
Asegurar las entregas a tiempo coordinando todos los recursos internos.
Alta interacción con producción, almacén, embarque y comercio exterior.
Seguimiento de nuevos proyectos.
Generación de indicadores del área.
Portales de cliente (Daimler, VW, Audi, BMW, KIA, RIVIAN,)

- Horario de trabajo de 7:00 a 17:00 horas de lunes a jueves, viernes de 7:00 a 14:00 horas
