Chief Marketing Officer

Position Overview

Farahi Law Firm is an award-winning personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for the injured and delivering exceptional legal representation. We are a fast-growing, client-centric team that values aggressive advocacy, innovation, and community impact. The CMO will own the firm's client acquisition engine — from market positioning and lead generation through business development, intake, conversion, and signed cases. This executive will be responsible for developing strategies that turn marketing investment and business development activity into qualified opportunities, signed cases, and measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, commercially minded executive with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, scaling client acquisition, improving conversion, and using data to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Marketing Leadership

• Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing, growth, and client acquisition strategy in alignment with business and revenue objectives.

• Own the full client acquisition funnel, from market positioning and lead generation through business development, intake, conversion, and signed cases.

• Establish marketing investment priorities, budgets, and resource allocation based on ROI, lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Provide executive oversight of the firm's digital and traditional marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, TV, referral marketing, and content.

• Develop channel strategies, budgets, performance targets, and attribution models to maximize qualified lead generation.

• Strengthen the firm's brand positioning and market presence across relevant client acquisition channels.

Business Development & Sales

• Provide strategic oversight of the firm's Business Development Representatives, Field Representatives, and other business development functions.

• Develop and execute strategies to expand referral networks, strategic partnerships, and community relationships.

• Establish clear performance standards and KPIs for business development activities.

Intake & Client Conversion

• Provide strategic oversight of the Intake function, with accountability for maximizing conversion of qualified leads into signed cases.

• Establish intake strategy, performance standards, processes, technology, and KPIs to improve conversion across the funnel.

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks between lead generation, business development, intake, and case signing.

Data, Analytics & Performance Management

• Establish executive-level dashboards and reporting across Marketing, Business Development, and Intake.

• Monitor KPIs including qualified leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, signed cases, revenue contribution, and marketing ROI.

Executive Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop the Marketing, Business Development, and Intake organizations, including department leaders and managers.

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and team members.

• Build a high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, innovation, and measurable business results.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related field, with significant experience at a senior leadership level.

• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Intake, or comparable revenue-generating organizations.

• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth, client acquisition, lead conversion, and marketing ROI.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM, lead management, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.

• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and evaluating investment based on ROI and business outcomes.

Preferred

• Personal injury, legal services, healthcare, financial services, or another high-volume client acquisition environment.
