LatAm FinOps & Strategy Manager

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Strategy & FinOps Manager for SSL LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica) to oversee financial governance, planning, and profitability.
You will partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to translate data into actionable initiatives and drive growth across the region. The role requires 6–10 years in Strategy, Finance, or analytics, strong SQL/Excel skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proven track record of cross-functional influence.
