Hub Planning Lead

Como Líder de Planeación dentro del Hub Regional de Planeación de Norteamérica, serás responsable de coordinar y gestionar los procesos de planeación de extremo a extremo (E2E) para la región de Caribe y OpCos de América (Caribe y Sudamérica). Esto incluye actividades de Planeación de la Demanda, Planeación de Producción, Importaciones y Reabastecimiento.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Gestionar los procesos de planeación de la cadena de suministro E2E para horizontes de corto, mediano y largo plazo en la región de Caribe y OpCos de América.
- Liderar la gobernanza del ciclo de S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) de las OpCos, colaborando estrechamente con los gerentes locales de S&OP para consolidar información, datos e insights clave para las discusiones de demanda y suministro.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del marco de gobernanza de planeación y de las formas de trabajo establecidas entre el Hub Regional y los equipos locales de Planeación.
- Mantener una colaboración cercana y constante con los equipos de Planeación de las OpCos para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los planes y el seguimiento de los indicadores clave (KPIs) de demanda y suministro.
- Carrera profesional terminada.
- Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en áreas de Supply Chain, incluyendo:
- Planeación de Demanda y Suministro.
- Planeación de Reabastecimiento e Inventarios.
- Planeación de Requerimientos de Materiales (MRP).
- Procesos de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Nivel de inglés avanzado o fluido (Indispensable).
- Perfil altamente autónomo, orientado a resultados y con una fuerte capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Proactividad, curiosidad y disposición para aprender de manera continua.
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión de stakeholders, comunicación y trabajo en red (networking).
- Capacidad analítica sobresaliente, con habilidad para interpretar datos, métricas e indicadores de negocio.
- Sólido entendimiento del negocio y enfoque estratégico para la toma de decisiones.
