The Role

We’re looking for a Senior WordPress Developer to take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing client websites. You’ll work closely with design and marketing teams to turn Figma files into high-performing, conversion-focused websites, while also supporting ongoing maintenance, tickets, and improvements to our dev processes.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and update client websites using WordPress + Oxygen Builder.
• Develop landing pages, CTAs, and conversion-focused components from Figma designs.
• Maintain and optimize existing websites (updates, performance, fixes).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and tickets.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on implementation.
• Improve internal development processes and workflows.
• Use AI tools to speed up development and improve efficiency.

How We Measure Success

• Low number of overdue tasks and tickets.
• Timely maintenance delivery for assigned websites.
• Quality and clarity of progress updates (including Pastel comments where applicable).
• Ability to reduce recurring issues through better implementation.
• Consistent delivery without delays or bottlenecks.

Who You Are

Required Experience

• 3+ years WordPress development experience.
• Strong experience with Oxygen Builder (or similar visual builders).
• Solid understanding of PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Figma-to-web development workflows.
• Fluent English.

Skills & Traits

• Strong communication skills (clear, proactive, accountable).
• Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily workflow.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in agency environments is a plus.
