Our Mobility Service Solutions operations supply testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services.

Join Bosch Mobility Aftermarket as our National Sales Manager and lead a nationwide sales organization focused on winning in the marketplace, accelerating profitable growth, and expanding market share. What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a passionate and results-driven sales leader who thrives on building winning teams, growing businesses, and creating strong customer partnerships.
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and turn strategy into results.
- Experience building trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Passion for developing people, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the flexibility to travel across Mexico.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket, automotive, industrial, or related B2B industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican aftermarket landscape, distribution channels, and key market trends.
