Responsibilities:

Proactive headhunting and direct sourcing: Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through targeted headhunting, market mapping, and direct outreach, rather than relying on inbound applications alone.Autonomous delivery: Manage multiple concurrent searches with minimal supervision, setting own priorities and driving processes to closure across competing demands and shifting timelines.Manage the complete recruitment cycle for assigned local and international vacancies (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection), and liaise with HR Administration to ensure a smooth onboarding transition for new hires.Ensure all recruitment processes are conducted in compliance with CIMMYT policies, GEYSI standards, and data protection requirements

Requirements

Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.At least 4\u20136 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an international or research environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously with minimal supervision.Strong communication and advisory skills; ability to work effectively with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.Experience with recruitment systems, KPI tracking, and sourcing analytics.Advanced English - C1
